Calicoan Surfing Crown 07!

Oct 12 update: view final results at http://leytegulf.callezaragosa.com

We made it to Calicoan Island in Guiuan, Eastern Samar today for the opening of the Odyssey Waves Surfing Competition (Eastern Samar Surfing Crown 2007)! The surfing competitors, coming from as far as La Union, started today its courtship and taming ritual of the renowned Calicoan surf.

The competition proper starts tomorrow, October 9 and ends October 10.

  7. Thanks again, Angel. If you’re referring to my photos posted here, I suggest you post say, a photo with a link pointing to my photoblog. If you’re referring to other surfing photos taken during the recent surfing competition in Calicoan, I’m afraid I haven’t been able to edit new ones.
